I often get asked the question above - who do you work for? When people are curious about what I do and why. The easy answer is Me! And of course my family.
Not the answer people always imagine as they expect me to come straight at them with a name or brand. Simple thing is I work for myself, I work because it helps sustain a lifestyle I enjoy, provides for my family and because I enjoy it. Three very good reasons to work in my view. So this is who I work for and my simple but very important why.
Yours might be different as long as it's right for you perfect!
Ok so what's next? Bet you want to know what I do within my work to achivie this?
I spend my time educating others around the importance of a happy healthy life style , through education, experience and supply of services.
One of which is being a distributor for Simply Naturals.
I am independent distruibutor for them working what hours I wish to the only targets I have set (I like goals!) Just sharing the company's mission below. It started off with friends and family and quickly for me became more than that.
For doing this I get paid an extremely fair commission and residual income every month! Get to help people with their health and fitness and inspire people to change their mindset on how business can be approached and how we all have the ability to live the life of our dreams.
Although I am independent I also get to work with an amazing group of dynamic and inspiring, motivated and successful group of people who all want to see each other succeed in living the life of their dreams and actively support each other to do this.
Spreading out across the world! I had no idea when I joined as a distributor I would end up as part of such a team , lead my own team and get to be part of something so exciting - and yet here I am 18 months in and as I'm writing this post finding myself having changed my life , enhanced my business both new and existing and my own health and inspired many more to do the same.
The company is a British company looking to expand , but who's behind the business? And what is the motivation? For an indepth interview with the CEO you can watch the video below. Just Click the link

I will be here to support you along the way - I am happy to answer any questions .
So which is it for you ?
I read some really interesting articles recently which I will link below for you to read but what struck me from the reading these was that one in 3 adults currently do not eat the recommended minimum amount of fruit and vegetables. Shocking but maybe not surprising given some of the busy lifestyles of convince a lot of people lead, the lack of knowledge and education on nutrition and the cost of 'better and organic' produce available.
We have heard of the phrase shared widely by the U.K government '5 a day'. It got me thinking where does this phrase actually come from ?
So I did some research and it comes from the recommendation from the world health organisation that we need to consume around 400g of fruit and vegetables every day to gain the minimum minerals and nutrients for the prevention of chronic diseases such as heart disease, cancer, diabetes and obesity, as well as for the prevention and alleviation of several micronutrient deficiencies, especially in less developed countries.
This struck me as a noble commitment to a cause but also reminded me of the fact that this is a minimum recommendation to prevent chronic disease. Not a guarantee nor a ideal amount for optimum health and well being. And now there seems to be a number of places sharing the research that it might be as much as 10 a day needed!
Along the the way I also found a number of articles suggesting food companies were using their own marketing of one of your 5 a day and other slogans to suggest you could do this with some meals and that on further investigation contained high salt and sugar contents (see below for article links) which was counteracting the work the governments were trying to do in combating some of these serious health issues.
Reading all this information lead me to more questions of why are they now saying 10 a day when a large proportion of the populations are struggling with 5 a day ? And so I continued reading around in circles not finding one consclusive answer.
At the same time an article was shared with me which contained a very detailed explianation from a director of Simply Naturals with the title ' have all the minerals gone?'
For around 18 months now I have been taking sizzling minerals for myself (and since my family and many friends) and distributing Sizzling Minerals to my clients knowing what this plant based product has done for our own health and wellbeing and am often blown away by the feedback I get.
I have attached the full article in this blog his blog post as to summarise would not do the detail justice.
This is reminded me of why I feel so passionate about this product and answered some of the mounting questions questions I had from reading the other articles below.
I would encourage you all to take the time to read the articles that have been shared here and continue in your own research aswell. Knowledge in my view if the key to making good informed decisions for your own health and well being. Don't get caught up in fancy packaging and slogans, take time the time to find out a bit more , as it's your health and your futures that are important.
