Ok now stay with me here, I haven't got my years mixed up. i talked about this on DAY 38 of My Miracle Morning - December 2016.
In my new 2017 Journal I decided to create a spread to prepare for not only this year but also next year. As I hadn't been very organised this year in comparison to years previous. I like to do a lot of making , baking and socialising In December and yet without preparing some of the more practical aspects the season seems to be running away with me and I didn't want this to be the case next year.
So thinking about all the things I have a responsibility to action and what I want to do both this year and next. Spending some time visualising what I wanted I knew what needed to be covered.
So as I plan this years crafts and family activitys, shopping and wrapping days, social events and work commitments it will be easy to add to this spread .
I decided I would call these pages 'thank you past self love from future self)' who knows maybe this only ever needs to be done once , ever!
It's about planning to make a change and giving myself reminders and actions to complete to make this change happen. Over what is really something quite simple. Imagine reading this next year knowing there's nothing my brain needs to feel overloaded with, just actions and as I complete or remember we things this year I can add them to these pages.
Christmas this year will be great, I have no doubt about that but next year will be better again! I will be brining my visualisation alive and I'm sure my future self will really thank me!
