Have you ever read a book that has left you feeling excited, inspired or renewed? Well that's just what happened to me. Always looking for things to inspire me I was watching a YouTube video from one of my favourite bloggers @bohoberry.
This particular video was explaining a level 10 life spread for a journal. Completely intrigued what a level 10 life was and why you track it. Kara explained in her video that she had been inspired by a book called the Miracle Morning written by Hal Elrod.
So off I went to find out more, a goggle search easily found www.miraclemorning.com. Here I immediately signed up for free material to find out more and join the community. I was going to order the book but a little voice in my head said you can't wait for it to arrive you need this now! So, for the first time ever I went into itunes and downloaded the audio book. With a few days, ahead of me of travelling by car and train I thought the audio would be a perfect start. Just over four hours of narration the book got me excited about waking up early!
Now for those that know me know I am not a morning person, more a night owl that likes to stay up late and hibernate till late morning. So how had this book got me excited about getting up early? I strongly suggest you read it to see how you feel. It has offered an insight to something that just makes sense, and a tangible practice that I have not tried before. Something that sits with my core values and goals. And even with all my other defined successes and joy of life this offered something more a way to improve and achieve a new level of fulfilment.
By now the actual book has arrived and I have had the time to read the hard copy again as suggested by Hal himself. Put all the processes described in place and am ready to start my miracle morning routine tomorrow and continue, for 30 days and then forever! (do you like my confidence, let's hope this lasts!)
As part of this process and my love of journaling, writing and helping people I thought I would start a blog and new website to share and grow as my journey unfolds, hey just see where things go! I will be sharing links and inspiration along the way. If you are still reading this then welcome to my blog and page, I do hope you enjoy all it has to offer.
