Todays miracle morning process starts my day at 5:30am. Starting with Meditation , followed by Affirmations and Visualisation, the exercise and reading and journaling.
I have been asked to share some more thoughts on the affirmations I am currently using and or visualisations and why.
So so I will share a few over the next few days. Today's meditation included a visualisation and I have included the link below.
My intentions with some of my affirmations has been to focus on changing mindset in particular by looking at the language I use.
When considering affirmations it's important to keep the words positive which then lead me to consider the lanugauge I use in general and in particular how I use the word 'sorry' as do others around me. Often it's used in a sentence or sentances more times than I can count!
If I or you replace the word 'sorry' with thank you. It can make a real difference to overall mindset . Often people (including myself on occasions) will say sorry to gain acceptance , or to be nurturing or even think it's just polite. It's also used to avoid confrontation and shy away from decision making. When really this is not the true reason to be using the word sorry.
So for example instead of saying 'sorry the house is a mess' when friends stop by I can say 'thank you for visiting'
If I am late instead of saying 'sorry I am late' I can say 'thank you for your patience'
When I'm going through difficult emotions instead of saying 'sorry I am so upset' 'I can say 'thank you for your support'
Instead of saying 'sorry I don't have time to do that ' I can say 'thank you for understanding my decision'
It is a small but subtle change in words, which I belivie will change the way I or you (if you choose to do the same) can influence , consider and treat ourselves and then outwardly to how we communicate with others.
So today's affirmations are:
“I am willing to use affirmations in a heart-felt positive way. I am willing to be surprised and inspired by the power of my own words.”
''My thoughts are filled with positivity and my life is plentiful. Thank you''
''I am saying thank you , to spread more positivity out into the world''
Do share any of your ideas , thoughts and affirmations in relation to 'sorry' and 'thank you'.
