Day 5, 5:30am again and the alarm goes off. Today I'm already awake! I must have been awake for about 10 mins (who knows?) I actually had no idea what time it was as my alarm clock is still the other side of the room, just invade thatburge to snooze appears. I had felt wide awake and was laying there peacefully, contemplating what time it really was. Just as I thought 'does it matter?' The alarm sounded. Feeling fully rested I get up to start my Miracle Morning.
This is feeling is great, kept to 5 minutes quite meditation, 5 minutes reading the affirmations shared by Hal Elrod when signing up, 20 mins exercise on the bike , 5 minutes reading some of my current book, 10 minutes journalling and then 15 minutes left dedicated to visualisation and my intention become better at this.
I read in a blog recently that someone had created their vision boards using Pinterest. So I thought I would give this a go. My reasons are simple and after today I can confirm I like this process. This is because I can add to it quickly or start new boards with names or dates, I know that this information would not be easily lost, no space needed to store, it can be shared (perfect for when we do our new year family vision boards) and reflected on. The pinterest works is also very interactive so that each day I will get some more suggestions and inspiration based on what I had saved.
This will give me fresh ideas that should be in keeping with my goals and current visualisation and so it can grow, develop and improve.
Remember Visualisation is not just about what you can physically see with your eyes it incorporates all of your senses and your imagination. So when I add something to my vision board Its a process. I see myself in that moment as if it were now, I tune in to how I feel emotionally (happy, at ease, excited ...), what the environment feels like around me (hot or cold, the weather ...) what I can hear (the sounds, birds, people, cars ...) what I can smell (the scent, a purfume, food, a flower...). I visualise myself walking around looking and touching. If taste relevant to that moment i taste it, I acknowledge how does my body feels in that moment. I live that moment.
I had had a friend share a beautiful video by email today, it was a perfectly timed message that I would also like to pass onto you . The YouTube link here is below:!
I enjoyed my time visualising this way today. The time spent during my morning routine has helped me grow and now I have the rest of the day to keep taking action towards those visions, as without action there is no guarantee of success.
You still need to set goals and work diligently with effort, have focus, get a strong support network and believe in yourself! This way you reach a truely powerful perspective that allows you to achieve positive change and create a life you desire and cherish.
