Day 17 and today no listening to the alarm . Off it went and I jumped out of bed. Today I felt motivated. I had commuted to another day of Sit Spot in Silence and had planned a separate meditation, I had a new book to read, my bike was fixed. It was all exciting to feel excited again.
5:30 am (actually I woke up earlier but I thought it was night time so I had layed there for a few moments before the alarm went off). Up and out!
Downstairs I went and outside to my Sit Spot. I then came in and as I had prepared the night before I had already my morning meditation link saved. I've saved it from YouTube and include it here to share with you all. It's made by two guys and a girl calling themselves The Honest Guys and I can highly recommend their work go check them out.
All the other SAVERS done by 6:30 am and whilst everyone else was sleeping even the dog on and off. I stood there feeling ready for my day. I knew I was going to achieve all I wanted today. I knew this because one of my favourite things to do to keep things happening and accomplishing as much as I do is to plan and with a journal.
I had in my preparation last night set myself a list of things to do. I knew all this was going to happen with ease.

i have created a few new spreads for my journal to help me focus my actions needed each day, week and month. To achieve my level 10 life goals. You will see in this picture I have included somewhere to record everything , my comkeation of SAVERS , things I am grateful for , water, food, exercise, affirmations or positive quote, my level 10 goals, appointments and to do list. I will be writing a post on this in more detail soon . So keep an eye out for it. This is a step up , a new level of organisation for me.
I have the goals, the motivation, the desire, the plan now is time to take tangible action !
